Progress Pictures

Here are some recent paintings.  My hope is that by working through my self-guided curriculum, we will all see regular and consistent progress.  To that end, I will be regularly adding progress picture updates in reverse chronological order to this page.

December 2015

Here is the first of a series of small still life fruit paintings I'm completing for the 30 in 30 Challenge.  Although the challenge runs through January 2016, I painted this in December to "paint ahead."  So, I'll include it in 2015.

November 2015

Here is a painting I did in my studio based on photographs I took while hiking in Shawnee Mission Park in Shawnee, Kansas.  I took the photograph in September 2015 and painted it in November 2015.
